Fathom is a project created by AndCulture that allows any employee in a company to submit ideas, problems or solutions for potential projects. These submissions are then reviewed by a panel of experts and administrators to determine their viability. The application was designed to be flexible in order to be used by a variety of organizations.
My supervisor, Alex Getty, designed the UI elements and page designs while another intern and myself worked on the front end code of the UI components to create a kit of parts page. We each worked on individual components to keep conflicting code to a minimum. After the kit of parts page was completed, we created a basic version of each page using the different components. We primarily utilized React JS, Typescript, SCSS and Github for the project.
I did the front end code for the pagination, auto-resizing text areas, various form field components such as radio buttons, a timeline, and much more.
